Chocolate Brownie Cake
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
1/2 Cup Honey
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups NanaCake Chocolate Mix
Bake in a greased and floured 9” round or heart shaped cake pan at
350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Test with toothpick. Because this is a very dense moist cake, the edges will draw away from the pan when done.
Cool in pan on cooling rack for 15 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of cake to loosen, and then invert onto the cooling rake. When cake is cook, invert onto a cake plate.
Can double recipe for a two layer cake. Top with fruit, dust with powdered sugar or frost and serve.
